Refund policy

At KLÉ, every piece goes through rigorous checks before it reaches your table.
But on the rare occasion something isn’t right, we make it right — quickly and cleanly.

What You Can Return

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Your product arrived damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product

  • An item from your order is missing

  • You simply didn’t like the product (yes, we back our craft that much)


How to Request a Return

  • All issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Contact us at hello@shopkle.com

  • Share your order details and a few images/videos of the issue

  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

  • If required, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up from your address

Once the product reaches our warehouse and clears quality checks, we process your refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds

You’ll be notified as soon as your returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping and/or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Any cashback or promotional credits used will be deducted

  • Products purchased during a SALE are not eligible for refunds

  • Damaged products will be replaced, not refunded

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out immediately with photos/videos.
We’ll evaluate the issue and ensure a fast resolution — replacement, refund, or credit as applicable.

Exchanges

At KLÉ Ceramics, every piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

We only offer exchanges in the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing defects. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer exchanges or returns based on personal preference, including changes of mind, colour variations, size expectations, or aesthetic preferences.
