Every KLÉ piece is crafted with precision — but handmade or small-batch ceramics may naturally come with slight variations in:

  • glaze

  • texture

  • weight

  • finish

These subtle differences are part of the design and not considered defects.
 Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

 

 

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability.
 We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities

  • refuse or cancel an order

  • update product information

  • correct pricing errors

  • discontinue products at any time

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued immediately.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
 Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payments can be made via the available online payment methods at checkout.
 We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch as per your location and our delivery partners.
