All KLÉ orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location and our courier partners. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details on email or SMS.

As our ceramics are crafted and packed with care, delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, weather disruptions, or unforeseen delays by logistics partners.

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing items, or you face any delivery-related concerns, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at hello@shopkle.com, and our team will ensure a quick resolution.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every KLÉ piece. If something isn’t right, we accept returns in cases of:

• Damaged items
  
• Incorrect products
  
• Missing items
  
• You simply didn’t like the product
  

To request a return, email hello@shopkle.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the issue. Once your item reaches us and passes inspection, we will process a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Sale items and used products are not eligible for refunds. If purchased during an offer, any cashback or credits applied will be adjusted during the refund.
